Welcome to ChristmasTreeRemovalServices.com (the "Site"), an independent informational directory operated by Directory Holdings that connects homeowners, renters, property managers, businesses, and other customers with Christmas tree removal, pickup, hauling, disposal, and recycling service providers across the United States and Canada. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Nature of the Directory

The Site is an informational directory. We do not directly provide tree removal, hauling, disposal, recycling, or related cleanup services. Listings and paid placements — including Featured and Run of Site banner exposure — do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of provider qualifications, licensing, insurance, availability, workmanship, results, or suitability. Users should independently confirm a provider's services, credentials, fees, and terms before engaging them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to submit a listing application, claim a profile, or otherwise transact through the Site.

3. Listing Tiers and Advertising

The Site offers Basic and Featured listing tiers, each with monthly and annual billing options. Pricing is set by Directory Holdings and may change; current prices are displayed on the Get Listed page. A Featured or paid listing does not constitute verification, licensing, insurance, accreditation, editorial approval, or endorsement.

  • Basic listings include a profile, category inclusion, service areas, a website link, and public phone and email contact actions where the provider has supplied them.
  • Featured listings include the Basic features plus priority placement, expanded profile and gallery exposure where supported, and Run of Site banner exposure across eligible directory placements.

Submitting a Get Listed request or claim does not itself prove payment or automatically activate a listing or Featured status. All applications are subject to administrative review, and listings are published at our discretion consistent with our publication and eligibility policies.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Independently verify any provider's licensing, insurance, pricing, and qualifications before engaging them, including by confirming information through the provider's official website and direct contact.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting listing applications, claims, or contact requests.
  • Not misuse the Site, including by submitting false or misleading content, attempting to disrupt service, or scraping or harvesting provider data for commercial purposes without authorization.

5. Provider Content and Accuracy

Listing information is supplied by the listed providers or their representatives. While we make reasonable efforts to display accurate, up-to-date information, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing, contact detail, or service description. Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their published information and may submit updates or corrections through the claim and update process. We reserve the right to remove, modify, or reject any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, or inconsistent with our policies.

6. Outbound Links and Tracking

The Site includes links to third-party provider websites and external resources. These links are provided for convenience. We apply referral tracking parameters to outbound links for directory analytics; we do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. Accessing a third-party link is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including the logo, design, layout, taxonomy, articles, and editorial material — excluding provider-supplied logos, images, and content — is the property of Directory Holdings and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Provider-supplied logos and media remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed with their consent.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and all listings are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Directory Holdings disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site and its content. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site, any listing, or any provider engagement made through the Site. Any dispute is solely between you and the provider.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Directory Holdings and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Directory Holdings is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
